Ok, so I was thinking, I'm in need of some extra cash so I'm thinking of emailing a few small companies round my area, or whatever offering them my web design skills. I was just wondering would this make me sound desperate? Also, how should I structure the email? For example

Introduce my self
Introduce what I do
.....
