Whatever happened to the development and everything..
I was a beta tester, did I get con'd out of money?

i imagine he is talking about soku city, since its the Soku city forums. I assume they had a clause that said if development and stuff went wrong then you don't get any money back, however if they didn't you should be entitled to a refund, i know nothing about the project though so i guess just hope someone answers.

It was revived about a year or two ago, I can't remember, and then it closed down again. The owners moved on.

Quite a few people here BETA tested, and the old testers even got an email . That's why you should be active here.
