Well done honey bun. Great work, now for the client to be polished and you'll have a perfect MMO. Well, by polished I mean what mainstream users want. But yeah, great work

Help system
We've got an entirely revamped help system for your approval. Our new FAQ system should hopefully cut down on the need for player support tickets, and we have a lovely video tutorial from our very own Ambear. In regards to support tickets, you can now view and manage your tickets from the website much easier than before . Hopefully this will help to make everybody's Lasuni experience better!
And much much more!
Everything on the new site is brand new, and hand crafted just for you all. So we hope that you'll enjoy all the new features. There is plenty more to see such as the new login and registering experience, our [pretty witty, if we say so ourselves] 404 page, and the new friends online list. Just to name a few! So have an explore and let us know what you think. Have any ideas of how we can further enhance the site in the future, let us know, we'd love to hear!

That's like saying that this forum emulates another forum. Users want similarity in some cases, the Habbo help page just happens to be useful and easy to use. You might aswell go deeper and say the game does if you're going to be that stupid.

Considering your forum example is completely irrelevant to what my style of comparison is (general vs. specific), I digress. My advice, and you can take it or leave it, is to make sure you fully comprehend what someone's saying before you start applying juvenile tendencies.
I understand that Habbo's help page is easy to use, which is why the design is copied (well, it's the design of Zendesk, not Habbo). Thus, why you're even being defensive in regards to a statement that's apparently correct is beyond me.

Because you got people that will compare anything related to something popular in any way. Take for example, an isometric game, many would relate that to Habbo as it is popular and mainstream. My forum example was a bit off, I agree, but that was the first thing that came to mind.
Granted, it looks similar, but perhaps you shouldn't of said it "emulates Habbo/Zendesk" as that I doubt Lasuni wants to equally match Habbo's help system. But, like I said, they probably added it to go with the mainstream because their market would be used to Habbo aspects.
