I'm sure it's been asked 100's of times and will obviously continue to be asked... but where is the best place to find artist or specific artist known for taking on commissioned work.

I know many places to look, but the issue for me is finding artists that don't imo overcharge and those who actually take on work.

Any links to known artists are appreciated.

I'm sure there are a few artists on this forum who may meet your criteria - you just have to look around .
