I respect that you have come forward about certain staff members and clearly outlined your concerns, but we all know this was not the proper way to do so. If you�d like to file a complaint, there is a designated forum. If you�d like to discuss a general issue (including the staff team), there is a designated forum. You have used the correct forum, but this is definitely not a general issue. The majority of you have targeted a specific staff member. We have rules to protect users from personal attacks, which is why I�m fairly disappointed that so many of you have personally attacked a staff member.

I have asked users time and time again to contact me privately if they�d like to complain about a specific staff member. I have also responded to every private complaint I�ve received. I do not use a generic excuse to avoid the situation as some have suggested. Many of you have mentioned that staff members will not listen to you if you complain about their actions. I have received a maximum of three staff complaints in the past three months. One of the aforementioned staff complaints was sent today. So, let me reiterate: please contact me privately if you�d like to complain about a specific staff member.

Please don�t misinterpret my post. I am not attempting to censor the users of this forum. If you�d like to make a general complaint, we�d love to see you do so publically. We are always looking to improve the forum!

I was out of town today, which is why I was unable to respond to this thread earlier. The thread will remain open, but if users continue to target specific staff members, it will be closed. If you have suggestions, comments or concerns, I am always willing to listen.

And some of the reasons like "not needed" are pathetic. If your going to remove a post you should PM us on how we could improve on the post, or where we went wrong.

Also staff members should be made to follow the same rules.
