Dream on love

I think we need more mods like Jake/John.
They're active, we all pretty much get along with them.. and yet they're still fair.

I know he is busy with uni and what not I don't blame him obv that's more important than this forum, but shouldn't they have someone who has the time for the job.
#7
He does, he is "away".

What would be more funny than Daniel (apparently being a nuke) would be to make me "Lead Administrator" I'd give Fatman and Little boy a run for their money.
#10

Haha! This is funny. They delete posts that causes more tension. However, they leave the posts that started it. Not only that. When one comes to jump on the moron that started the posts and finish what one left out. That post is deleted also saying. "There was nothing related to the topic at hand", however, every post after that and before that are there.

Which in many reasons why I do not care to come here. Any developing project that are keeping their projects updated and some sort of sponsor or parent sees that their is all this immaturity and sexual threads. They aren't going to say anything nice about it.

I barely come on here. I was just asked to check a post out. I mean come on. You are losing great people for the stupidity of this community forum some times. It may be best to remove all the moderators. They're got their hands up their ***** anyways.

Just my few pennies. Let's see the bashing. And this post deleted and the next posts after that.

New mods please. Impartial would be nice too.

So... first, we delete posts for valid reasons, when the good members of this community report them.

We have to get rid of posts that break the rules or may cause disruption.

If you delete the comments that follow after an argument you should delete the comment that started the main argument, common sense tells you that...

I think we need people like Jake to be staff, normal people who when are made mod do not go all power hungry, and are actually active and still post along with normal users.

We need some new staff, Support Staff, that deal with all questions and posts in the support section, and then go and hire some new moderators and get rid of the inactive ones. Also do not do any application crap; pick people because they are liked and look like they would do a good job. Applications show nothing about a person.

Meh,
#31
Basically fire everyone except Jake and get new, impartial ones. Sounds good.
#32
*watches all the staff all of a sudden want to be like Jake*
#33
I heart the majority of the mods. Don't be mean!
#34
I have no personal issues with any of the mods, I think they're all lovely but I just think most are crap at their jobs :]

We respect your opinions, but it is completely inappropriate to publically attack staff members and their actions. If you have a complaint regarding a specific staff member, please feel free to contact me privately. Regardless of your personal opinions, the staff team voluntarily dedicates their time to this community. Besides, attacking other users and staff members won't help anyone.

On a lighter note, we will be expanding the team and making a few position changes shortly. If, for any reason, you disagree with a staff member's actions, please contact me privately or use the support forum. I realize our response time may be a bit slower than usual, but many of our staff members are facing the dreaded return to school (ugh).

We are listening to your suggestions; thank you for your patience.

Or ill stop posting
And I bet other people will as well

Seriously getting silly, like for example a discussion I had with snapppo about being paid for developing software in the thread " Is there a job you have in mind when you grow up?" was deleted.

And in the thread "Developers needed!" my posts pointing out the speeling mistakes in Daniels post that was pointing out grammar mistakes was deleted, yet the original post by Daniel remains.

One of my posts in the thread "Stupid useless PHP encryption (Made of many encryptions)" was removed, yet the reply remains. My post was simply pointing out how much of a waste of time and space the post was, if the person deleting my post had any basic understanding of the subject then it would make sense as to why my post was made.

If your going to delete posts atleast delete the replies to it so the thread still makes sense

yeah... it's getting a little pissy and any attempts I've made to speak to a moderator results in "your wrong, i'm right" situation.
#41
Every post is deleted for a valid reason. If you feel we've missed some posts, just report them.

On a similar note, if you feel your post was deleted and it shouldn't have been, post in the Support forum.

I normally delete all replies to posts I delete, as it seems common sense. I figure it was just an accident. Sorry it has pushed you to threaten to stop posting.
#42
The support forum sucks. I'm still waiting for the outcome of something I posted ages ago.
#43
I think MMOCCforum need more staff. Like Support Staff etc.
#44
for once i agree with kai. but not power hungry ones like gambit.
#45
It needs people to deal with users, not moderate (IE Deals with everything posted in the support forum)
#46
The forum just needs more active non power hungry staff.
#47
I should be Lead Administrator tbh
