Interesting the HQ is in the states but they are just exploiting the poor laws created to protect you (in the UK). Lucky for me I'm in the states and privacy is somewhat protected (to a point).

What annoys me most is you opt out by setting a cookie (Because phorm sniffs all cookies as well), and it stills goes through their servers. I really hope someone works out its illegal before its put in place

What you surf on the internet is personal, and shouldn't be "sniffed" by anyone other than that of the individual doing the so called surfing. That's my opinion anyhow.
