The Quote Signature rule should be under Moderators discretion. If it's offensive sure, but if it's something generally funny and not in any way being offensive to them then they should be allowed to keep it. Why not just PM members who are being quoted to make sure that it's alright that they are? :S

Infractions I couldn't agree more with.

The rep system is now probably the worst system ever. You should've just got rid of rep completely, removing -rep doesn't make the situation any better or worse. I'll expand on that since you'll obviously ask me, I don't think removing -rep was a good idea because now MMOCCForum has turned into a anti-opinion environment. If you disagree with someone, you have to send a PM now to show how angry you are. -Rep's were to distinguish who is a good member of the forum and who is not.

You should've just removed it, for the hassle it causes I would.

One thing to say. The definition of Reputation goes as follow

With everyone at the current reputation, How are people supposed to know in the near future if people are legitimately reputable? I suggest resetting all reputation marks to ensure that people are given accurate reps.

Finally. Changes for the better definatly. Love the infractions idea, ts a great way of keeping track of past offences.

Is it all quotes? Or can we have decent quotes in which are not made to insult any user?

what if the quote is just plain funny? Not defaming or anything just a funny joke? I guess these rules are going to help just wish they would have came into effect earlier, especially the -rep one because the rep system is so stupid now that so many people have complete crap rep. oh well. Now people can't complain if people get too many infractiosn they get banned.
