The thing that annoys me is the message you get saying they'll pass it on. I'm awaiting on two contact us's from mid august too.

Pass it onto the deleted folder..

Despite the fact I do agree with you in some of these things, BittyBay staff do have a life outside of the game and have their own jobs and such things that they need to do. When your email is replied to and they say 'yeah we'll pass it on' it then becomes to the person it needs to be directed do and often more then not, they are extremely busy and have other things to do. Its up to them or not if they wish to send a reply to your email. There is no 'You emailed us so we have to send you a reply' stupidity. They are a company and its up to them weather they wish to respond to the comment question or query. It could also be the case that they tried to respond in client and you failed to answer.

when they say they'll respond within 24-48 hours it makes me want to print it out and burn that page.

I could do a better job in the Support team from what it sounds. Bittybay doesn't have alot of users, and probably gets about 10-20 emails per day (tops). I could do that in the space of 10-20 minutes everyday. Silence, you're telling me that their social life is 24/7 and they cannot spare at least half an hour of their time?

When emails are passed on, they're obviously passed onto people who do not have as much time as the Support team does, thus the frustration that users face. Management won't check their emails every single day, so I think they should note that you will recieve a reply from management members in the space of at least a week.

Hey,

Personally my experience with the BB Player Support department has been fantastic. A week or so ago I sent an email in, which was passed to Gambit, who replied in the 24-28 hour time slot.

I guess you have to take into consideration that they are busy working on other aspects of the game to make it more enjoyable. Sometimes you have to give and take.

In-game also, I have recieved great advice from PS staff and other staff alike.

The times I have contacted their Player Support with issues they have responded quickly and resolved the issues. Maybe you would be better contacting the Human Resources manager if it is about a job.
#13
I have never had a problem with them.
#14
I had to contact them through an event hosted on the client because after about 2 weeks they still hadn't replied.

Guys, you must remember that some EMAILS do not get sent. I know for me, I used to get them as SPAM email and sometimes they wouldn't even come in.

Well Lewis I wouldnt blame you on that. Usually it Takes days 4 them to send me replies. But I hope that issue has been put with a solution and I hope you get a job on staff

Never had any problems. In fact, nearly EVERY time I've sent one, I've received a reply within the hour.
#22
I've never had a problem with them either...
#23
I'm still waiting on a query from last year lol
#24
I'm stillll waiting.

I'll just explain my story. Basically i applied for Events Co-ordinator and i got through to stage 2. After i applied and found out i passed stage 1, i emailed Bittybay saying i would be away for 2 weeks so i would not be able to take part in stage 2.

When i returned from my holiday i still had no reply on this matter but found out i was through to stage 2 but the closing date had already passed. Basically im having a rant at the poor skills of the PR/Support staff. Every time i have contacted Bittybay, i had rather not have recieved a reply or it had taken weeks.

I think you guys need to sort this part of your team out. So after all this is retracted my application as i would not want to work with an MMOCC lacking in player support.

Thanks, Lewis

I think the response times on BittyBay are abnormal. I sent an email then 4 days I get a response back. Literally I get faster responses from companies with millions of customers.

Surely the support team are lacking a bit here.

The same thing happened with me Lewis, months ago I applied for the moderation team. I was accepted and had to send proof of identification, once I was able to submit the information and tried to contact a few of the staff I've received no response.

Thus shows that BittyBay fails in more way than one. =-\ Sorry to hear about your app though Lewis. Youll get a job somewhere else im sure.
#31
Im still awaiting from the last time I contacted them. That was mid-august.
#32
We are currently undergoing some changes in this department and support should improve as a consequence. We apologize for your experience and thank you for your concern.
#33
Well im glad i had a quick response from someone on here.

Sounds like BittyBay is facing the same issues many other companies are facing or faced.

I hope the best that everything works out and of course the times go down
