I say yes you should focus on your real life job first and leave kynto down for a while and hire someone to fix it up while your gone.

Tips
*Be respectful to anyone and everywhere unless necessary
*Do your job perfectly
*Always leave greeting cards on your boss desk or email it to him ( seriously it works no doubt i tried it more than to many times and i got a promotion )
*Don't ask for a raise ever.
*Stay quiet just do your job
*What ever your boss tells you to do, you do it without hesitation no matter what.
*And don't start any hostility with your prior employees
