I've just noticed that the moderator position is 16 years or older. An NDA needs to be signed, but if somebody is 16 they can't legally sign a contract. So neither party are committed to it.

Waiiit a minute, a moderator position has the requirement of 16, yet what I regard as a higher rank of Events Co-ordinator, has the age of requirement of 14? What the fudge. Anyway, good luck on whoever applied.

Yup. I doubt they'd hire somebody that's 14, but we shall see shan't we?!

If they have a 14 year old apply and a 17 year old apply Im sure they will pick the 17 year old everytime.
