There isn't such thing as a pre-eXpert, me being an eXpert right now have never heard anything like that.

Well, pre-Expert means I almost made it to the team, but I am like one.

@Matt May I ask what NotePad++ is? Ooh, I use Web Page Maker v2. It helps me more though.

Yes, my age is devistating But what you guys should be worried about is whether I can do this or not. And I think I've taken up enough experience or knowledge to know how to do the moderation job. Don't take me wrong on this, but I may be 12, but I don't think it should matter. I am not a very emotional person.

There is no such thing as a pre-expert. You may have been referred to be an expert but you are not an expert. You can't just make things up to suit yourself.

If you were as smart as you're making out, you'd keep your age disclosed... No-one wants prepubescent teens running around. Personally, I wouldn't hire you. I wouldn't even hire anyone under 15, which makes me a hypocrite, but it's true. I think a lot of information is irrelevant to the Moderation position. Good luck, any way...

Adam, I did not make it up ;l... There was a group, and it was full of "pre-experts" at least that is what we called ourselves. Yes, we were recommended by other experts.

Yes, as everyone said, pre-expert doesn't exist. If that were the case, it wouldn't be significant to call yourself a "pre-expert" since there have been so many of them. When you use "pre-expert", you're really downing yourself, because you're saying "almost". Almost isn't good to recruiters, and to be honest with you, if you applied for a place where I worked, I'd overlook your resume.

Use the positives, not the negatives.

Should I take that as an offensive comment :S

...you can't "Almost make it to be an eXpert" ... they dont e-mail you and say "You almost made it but we only had 1 slot left and _____ was more qualified than you but you'd DEFINITELY be our next choice"

No they don't do that. Saying almost in that case is pretty much saying I was rejected but I can't handle the truth. Am I a pre-expert ? I applied and I didn't make it, so am I a pre expert ?

Trust me when I say we're all here to help you out. If you want to settle for working with a project that, in the long run, goes no where, that's your choice.

We're all here to help you improve as a flexible and desirable person to recruiters. We've given you the help needed, now it's up to you to make good use of it.

Well Antonio, that is what I am looking for. Thank you for your support, and excuse my rudeness.

As I said, I've already been offered two different jobs, just by posting this thread. I hope to go a long way from now, and succeed in some things. My main goal is working for popular MMOCC's. I do not thing my age will get in the way along this rode, but until they can see what I can do, then, why not take a chance?
Whats life without a little risks?

Yes but still. It's a matter of stalking and child endangerment in terms. I would still report the user to the manager and the police if it happens again. You should know, main priorities of working for an MMOCC is keeping its users safe.
