So what you've listed is pretty much the whole thing. What will you be doing? Will you be paying developers or are you expecting people to do this for free?

Maybe more information on the project. What your business plan is, your staff - will you be paying your coders or not? How much staff do you need?

Do you have a budget to spend?

Maybe read through a few posts and tutorials here.

I don't see much of a game plan here. I see that you "need" coders and staff but no specifications have been made to the theme of this game. Maybe rethink this decision before diving right into a game.

Well I can tell you haven't consulted any of the topics in this forum. If you had, you wouldn't be hiring such a large amount of staff when it hasn't even been started. Why are moderators needed at this point? Nothing to moderate! Advertising for "coders" isn't effective, as you haven't specified what kind of coder you need. I am a PHP coder. Does that count? You need to be specific! What is Send-It even about? Have you made a business plan? All of these things should be taken care of... Just my words of advice.
