Most likely because it was developed quite well.

I have contacted them in the past with an interest in purchasing the Fusion City project, but it was an extraordinary amount of money. I would personally suggest a cheaper alternative. You'd be looking at thousands of dollars.

I think Fowler is still with it but changed the name to Downtown.

fusion city source was released something like a year ago. It's gotta be around somewhere.
