The following is a complete list of all rules and regulations that are to be followed at all times. By posting on MMOCC Forum you agree to abide by all of the rules and regulations that are stated below. All rules and regulations apply to not only your posts but your signatures and avatars as well. Please note that MMOCC Forum reserves the right to change or modify the rules and regulations at any time with little or no notice.

1. Age Restrictions
You must be over the age of thirteen or have parent consent to enter the MMOCC Forum environment. Please do not modify your age to meet these restrictions, chances are we will catch you. Those who are caught will be banned from the MMOCC Forum environment permanently.
2. Personal Information
You are not to reveal or ask for any personal information from anyone in the MMOCC Forum environment. This includes but is not limited to: last name, address, home phone, cell phone, e-mails or instant messenger details. If you wish to contact (online only) anyone that you may have befriended please do so via private message. Do not reveal any contact information publically.
3. Unacceptable or Explicit Images
You are not to post, host or display any explicit or pornographic images within the MMOCC Forum environment. This includes but is not limited to: hate images, pornographic materials or images created to attack other users. This rule, like any other, is applicable to threads, forums, posts, signatures, profiles and avatars.
4. Emotionally Attacking
All MMOCC Forum users have the right to enjoy the forums in a safe and relaxing environment. We will not allow anyone to be personally attacked, publically or privately. This includes but is not limited to: harassing, flaming or insulting.
5. Vulgarity
We will not tolerate swearing. That being said, we reserve the right to filter or censor any and all posts we feel unacceptable.
6. Unacceptable Profiles or User Names
We do not tolerate any unacceptable material in profiles. Any and all unacceptable material will be removed. We do not tolerate unacceptable user names. Any and all unacceptable user names will be banned.
7. Spam
MMOCC Forum strives to be spam free in all non-spam forums. We ask that you keep on topic at all times unless stated that this rule is not active in the forum. If you are unsure as to what exactly "spam" is then you will be interested to learn that is stands for Stupid, Pointless, Annoying Messages. MMOCC Forum reserves the right to remove any and all spam or move it to the appropriate forum.
8. Linking
You should not link any unacceptable material to your posts, threads, signatures or avatars. Unacceptable information includes but is not limited to: pornographic material, third party programs, illegal downloading or adware. You should not link any threads/forums to your post/thread if the linked forum contains a graphical preview or employment opportunity. If you do link to such a thread/post/forum you must preview the preview/opportunity and write a small description. MMOCC Forum reserves the right to filter or remove any links that we feel are unacceptable or those that are breaking these terms.
9. Moderation Warnings
You may notice Moderation Warning spread around the forum. These warnings are used to do just that, warn users about their posting habits. All warnings will be written in red text. Each warning will be noted with the name of the moderator, the date, and the reason for the warning. Those warnings are placed around the forums for a reason. Each warning is noted, which means we know exactly where we have added the warnings. Thusly, we will know when you remove the warning. We ask that you do not remove these warnings. We reserve the right to add warnings where we are feel necessary and take action against those who remove our warnings.
10. Signatures and Avatars
We reserve the right to remove, censor or alter your avatars and/or signatures when we feel they display unacceptable or explicit content.
11. Double Posting
We do not tolerate double posting. We reserve the right to merge posts together when we feel that the double post is not necessary. Not sure what double posting is? Double posting is when you post directly after yourself.
12. Reputation
You are not to ask for reputation in any form. Reputation should only be given when another user disagrees or agrees with your post. Not only that but you should not place any unacceptable messages in your reputation descriptions. We do reserve the right to remove your reputation privilages at any time with little or no notice.
13. Banning
When we ban a user it is for a reason. If you do not agree with your ban you can contact us. Anyone caught making multiply accounts to over ride their ban will be dealt with accordingly. We do have tools that will help us determine who has multiple accounts. Any and all additional accounts banned users have created will be banned and removed. We reserve the right to ban users regardless of their VIP status.
14. Accounts
We ask that each user only create one account. As stated above, we do have tools that tell us who is who. Which means will catch anyone who has created multiple accounts. Please note, your account name can only be changed three times. After these three changes have occurred you will not be able to change your username! All changes are recorded for organizational purposes.
15. Discrimination
We do not tolerate discrimination in any form. Any images, posts, signatures, avatars or links that contain discrimination in any form will be removed and the user who has posted this information will be dealt with accordingly. Everyone should be treated equally and here at MMOCC Forum, and they will be.
16. Fraud
By pretending to be someone in which you are not you are committing identity theft. That being said, legal action can be taken against you by the victimized party if they so wish. Please do not impersonate anyone whom is not your true self. Offenders may face legal action and account termination.
17. Privacy
Any and all information that is collected by MMOCC Forum administrators will be kept confidential. This means that we will not share any of the information you have supplied with a third party. The information will not be displayed or visible to anyone but the administration team. If you have questions about this section please contact us.
18. Personal Matters
Do not make threads about a person or a company to defame them. This includes articles of stealing ("ripping"), past conversations that have taken place, or to get back at them for any reason. All of these matters can be taken care of through our private message system. There is no reason to announce it publicly. MMOCC Forum reserves the right to monitor any messages sent through our system.

Please note that we reserve the right to terminate your account at any time if you have broken one of the above rules. You must comply with all of our rules and failure to comply will result in disciplinary action. We also reserve the right to terminate and/or ban your account and/or IP address with little or no warning.
We do have a report a post system for you to use whenever you see fit. If you see an unacceptable post, profile, avatar or signature simply use the report a post tool and tell us what rule the user is violating. We do appreciate your assistance.
If you would like to recommend a rule or regulation that is not stated above or argue a rule that is, please use our customer service tool found at the top of the forum. You may also use this tool (or the contact us form at the bottom of the forum) if you wish to dispute a ban or warning. Please include the name of the moderator who banned and/or warned you, the date, and the ban/warn reason.
All of the above rules are in effect everywhere in the MMOCC Forum community unless otherwise stated. This includes but is not limited to: signatures, avatars, profiles, usernames, posts, threads and private messages.
