If you're finding a coder for a project which you're participating in then find someone with the same goals and similarities in personality. Then not only will you get along but both of you will be doing things you enjoy and want to achieve in and therefore its not a matter of money.

Btw why isn't anyone responding after i post on stuff? Im finding it creepy now...
