Unfortunately this is another inconvenient time for Australians, and we do understand that. We'll ensure that our next event is at a more Australian friendly time .

Are you using OSx? If so, we're having problems with OSx and Shockwave. If you're on Windows, then we can help you, but you'll have to open a support ticket @ http://helpme.lasuni.com/

depends on where you are, but I'm in victoria and it will be on at 7am wendsday.
