Recently I tried to get a list of my accounts on habbo for a specific e-mail address. (Hotmail based).
I've tried a few times and it says the e-mail is sent, but no e-mail arrives in my hotmail inbox.
I've tried the same procedure with a googlemail account and it works fine...
Has this happened to anyone before and do they have any tips on how to fix it?
Check Spam.
If not I think you need to add
mailman@habbohotel.com or something like that.
Have you confirmed your email?

Done, done (mailings@habbohotel.com) and yes I have.
I've tried it with lots of different hotmail accounts and none work.
Hotmail and one other one doesnt work with them, you need to really use yahoo or something.

Check https://www.habbo.com/profile?tab=3 to see if you have confirmed
You're right - It used to work for me, I remember using the feature only a small while ago.
Update: All of them Have been sent now
Thanks for your help
Some ISP’s and email providers filter emails out at server level to prevent spamming. Some systems work by the amount of emails that have been reported as spam in the past, and automatically get added to their filter system. Both AOL and Hotmail have had sufficient reports that their system now believes that the Habbo help Tool emails are spam and so they block out emails at server level. Try Yahoo that's your best bet, hope this helps. If you have an AOL or Hotmail email address it is likely that your email provider will block our email to you. The best solution to this is to get a new email account from another provider, there are many available, Yahoo, Googlemail, etc. Once you have done that and added it to your Habbo account as a contact address, verify the email that Habbo send you by clicking the link within it. Then you can use the Habbo Help Tool to contact Habbo. Same with getting your Habbo names sent to your inbox!
Also sorry for the bump
