Does anyone know any good sites that help you step by step in how to make a virtual game?

I doubt you will find any.

Best thing to do is learn how-to.

Start with a coding language, sa AS3 or Lingo and also a server coding language say Java or C# for example.

Also you would need to be able to make graphics, so learning isoetric pixel art would e helpful.

Also thers HTML/PHP for the website and also a website design.

Oh and money to get it all up and running.

You could always look in the Tutorials section on this site, xLite has been doing a pretty good job at creating some Flash AS3 tutorials.
